A Pennsylvania State University student says he was assaulted by university police officers while streaking in an annual event last year, the Centre Daily Times reports. The lawsuit lists as defendants several campus police officers, the police chief, and 10 John and Jane Does, according to the newspaper. It also lists the university, asserting that by allowing the streaking event, Penn State condoned it.

Note to self: Don’t run around nude in public. Apparently, bad things can happen.

So the lawyer(s) and a student are trying to argue that Penn State allowed the event. They also complain that the Police broke it up too harshly. How is it both of these can be true? Seems to me if the Police broke it up, Penn State didn’t allow it. Some judge needs to throw this out of court quickly and put this kid in jail for, among other things, filing a frivilous lawsuit.

No John, Actually he should be jailed for failing to bare all the true facts.

Well at least we agree about the naked truth of the matter.

I thought streaking ended in the 1970s when I was in college. The only time I actually witnessed a streaking event was during my freshman year at Morehead State University. Apparently I have been out of touch.

I can’t wait for the trial when he has to reenact the alleged sequence of events.
