Southern Methodist U. Settles Lawsuit Over Bush Library Site

Southern Methodist University has settled a long-running lawsuit brought by a condominium owner whose building was razed near the planned site of the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum. Had the suit continued, the former president might have been called to testify.
