Top U.S. senators have included provisions of the Dream Act in an outline of a border-security and immigration-reform bill released today, CongressDaily reported. The Dream Act, versions of which were introduced in both chambers of Congress in 2009, would create a path to citizenship for some college-age children of undocumented immigrants.
