A historically black institution in Dallas, Paul Quinn College, has lost its bid to reverse an earlier decision by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to remove its accreditation because of its financial instability. The Dallas Morning News reported that the college was considering filing a federal lawsuit against the accreditor.
