Three Southwestern College professors who were suspended with pay after an on-campus rally last month will not face criminal charges for their roles in the protest, News 10 San Diego reported. Police officers on the campus, in Chula Vista, Calif., had said criminal charges against the protesters were possible after what they described as a physical confrontation between protesters and the police, a description the protesters disputed.
