The Canadian police are searching for a University of Toronto engineering student who was abducted at gunpoint on Saturday afternoon, the second such student and member of the Islamic Foundation of Toronto who has disappeared in a year. The Toronto-born student had bought a ticket to visit his family in Dubai, but the travel agent said the ticket was never picked up. The Toronto Star and The Globe and Mail reported that the latest abductee had been arrested and released recently on computer-theft charges.
