A group of adjuncts at community colleges in Massachusetts has filed a lawsuit against the state that challenges its denial of health-care coverage to part-time instructors statewide, The Boston Globe reports. The lawsuit, filed on behalf of five instructors, follows a long battle to get a health-insurance bill for adjuncts enacted in a state that requires health insurance for all residents.
