The Illinois state representative in possession of a university’s $25,000 sculpture has announced that she will give it back, the Chicago Sun-Times reported today. Chicago State University officials discovered that “Defiance,” a 400-pound statue of an enslaved African woman, was missing from a warehouse during an October audit. The sculpture was subsequently found in the office of Rep. Monique D. Davis, a Democrat of Chicago. Appearing at a news conference today, Ms. Davis did not say when she would return “Defiance.”

You don’t mean to suggest that a Chicago politician would be involved in larceny, do you? I’m shocked . . . SHOCKED at the mere suggestion!

If it were not for PC she would be charged. The corruption of Chicago is creaping into every aspect of American life now with that mob in the White House.
