Faculty members voted nearly two to one last week to unionize at Seminole State College of Florida, according to the American Federation of Teachers, which formed a bargaining unit with the United Faculty of Florida, the Florida Education Association, and the National Education Association. Besides full-time faculty members, the bargaining unit includes librarians and counselors. The vote was 115 to 67, with a 92-percent turnout.
