An excellent example of the difference between reading and reporting. What inconsistencies have there been? What problems (beside moaning & groaning) have resulted from recipients missing draw-down deadlines? Mystified in Memphis

If an institution has the savvy to write for and receive grants, they should also have the skill to manage the process of drawing down funds. If they lack the skill, then let them give up the funds.
