Deal to Settle Lawsuit Over Bush Library Site at SMU Falls Apart

A settlement of a lawsuit between Southern Methodist University and former condominium owners who were delaying progress on the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum has collapsed, The Dallas Morning News reported. The deal, announced last month, was supposed to clear up land-ownership questions and clear the way for construction.
