The development director at Rocky Mountain College has sued the Montana college and its president, Michael R. Mace, alleging that Mr. Mace threatened her and undermined her work with donors, The Billings Gazette reported. The lawsuit, filed in state district court by Shari VanDelinder, alleges that Rocky Mountain’s Board of Trustees knew about Mr. Mace’s outbursts and failed to provide a safe place to work. The college’s board chair said the matter had been investigated, and Mr. Mace declined to comment.
