American Academy of Arts and Sciences Announces 229 New Members

The American Academy of Arts and Sciences announced today the election of 211 new fellows and 18 new foreign honorary members. The 229 men and women, who are prominent figures in scholarship, business, the arts, and public affairs, will be inducted into the 230-year-old academy at a ceremony on October 9 in Cambridge, Mass.
