The latest round of winners in the annual Andrew Heiskell Awards for Innovation in International Education were announced today by the Institute of International Education. The award, which goes to institutions that have made substantial efforts to improve the international experience of students, was given to: the University of Kentucky, for globalizing the campus; the University of Rhode Island, for study abroad; Hendrix College, in Arkansas, for international partnerships; and Howard Community College and the Community College of Baltimore County, in Maryland, for internationalizing the community college.
