Anna Eames
Gustavus Adolphus College
In this episode, we hear from Anna Eames, a senior at Gustavus Adolphus College. Ms. Eames—who was born with fibular hemimelia, a leg-length discrepancy—has competed in the 2008 and 2012 Paralympics, winning medals in each. She describes the feeling that came with standing on a podium while the national anthem played in her honor.
