ProfHacker Mixtapes, revisited

December 10, 2009, 2:43 pm

It has come to our attention that many of you are claiming to be busy. In fact, some of you are claiming to be very, very busy.

Apparently, things like administering, explaining, and grading final exams, term papers, and portfolios can take up a great deal of time. Furthermore, more than a few of you are experiencing something called “the academic job market,” which is particularly hectic at the moment. And finally, we’ve heard that there’s an upcoming holiday or two to prepare for.

Who knew?

Anyway, we’ve decided to extend the deadline for you to submit your “ProfHacker Mixtapes.” In fact, just to be on the safe side, let’s make the deadline that first Friday in January, which is the 8th. We hope that will give everyone time to get through the end of the semester, the holidays, and the end of the year plus get most (if not all) of their ducks in a row for the coming semester. So, to repeat: the new deadline is January 8, 2010. Got it? Good.

Now then. Any questions?
