A few weeks ago I wrote about digital humanities sessions at the upcoming Modern Language Association and American Historical Association conventions. Even closer at hand, however, is the 2011 Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Religion and Society of Biblical Literature, which will take place later this month in San Francisco. Thankfully Sally Stamper, a colleague of mine at St. Norbert College, has compiled a list of digital humanities sessions at AAR/SBL in a public Google Doc. Sally encourages other scholars attending the meeting to add relevant sessions to the doc. If you’re a digital humanist in religious studies, theology, or a related field, check out her DH guide and contribute to it!
