U. of New Hampshire and Faculty Union Close to Compromise

The impasse in contract talks between faculty members and the University of New Hampshire may soon be over, the Associated Press reports. University negotiators have accepted an independent fact finder’s report that recommends a compromise in the contract dispute over salary and benefits that began more than a year ago. Read more.
