Too Lonely at the Top?

According to a new survey, many potential nonprofit managers are reluctant to take on leadership posts, meaning it could be tough to fill the top jobs at charities that are starting to be vacated by retiring baby boomers, Jennifer C. Berkshire reports in latest issue of The Chronicle of Philanthropy.
