A former cabinet minister is expected to be tapped to become the new president of the University of Ottawa, according to a report in the Ottawa Citizen.
The appointment of Carolyn A. (Biddy) Martin as the next chancellor of the University of Wisconsin at Madison will make it the largest university in the country with an openly gay leader, The Chronicle’s News Blog reports.
Trustees at the College of DuPage have ousted Sunil Chand as president, according to a story in the Daily Herald and another in the Chicago Tribune.
