Overcoming Bias

According to an article in The Financial Times about a Harvard University study on bias, most recruiters who say they’re impartial are “not only lying to the candidates,” but kidding themselves. If they want to “recruit the best,” they’ll have to acknowledge their biases and compensate for them, the reporter, Richard Donkin, writes. Read more.
