Former Ohio State Chief Favorite for Top Job at Florida Gulf Coast U.

The former Ohio State University president, Karen A. Holbrook, is reportedly a leading contender for top job at Florida Gulf Coast University, the Naples Daily News reports.

Ramond W. Alden, vice president and provost of Northern Illinois University.
Wilson G. Bradshaw, president of Metropolitan State University.
Gerardo Gonzalez, dean of education at Indiana University.
Thomas J. (Tim) Hynes, provost of the University of West Georgia.
Robert D. Newman, dean of humanities at the University of Utah.
Norine Noonan, dean of science and mathematics at the College of Charleston.
Joseph D. Shepard, vice president for administrative services and finances at Florida Gulf Coast University.
Robert Smith, provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs at the University of Arkansas.
Greg Weisenstein, provost and vice president for academic affairs at the University of North Dakota.
