Central Washington U. Staff Gets Union Representation

Technical workers and support-staff members at Central Washington University have been granted union representation, the Associated Press reports:

State labor officials approved Public School Employees of Washington last week as the new bargaining agent at the school in Ellensburg.

The union will represent more than 100 secretaries, program assistants, library and archives workers, and instruction and classroom support technicians.
