Berkeley art museum renderingThe U. of California at Berkeley wants to demolish its 1970 art-museum building rather than address its seismic problems, which administrators say would cost $60-million. The $90-million design is by Diller Scofidio + Renfro of New York. (Diller Scofidio + Renfro rendering)
