This mixed-use structure contains 11,000 square feet of retail space at street level, along with a dining hall and two 13-story towers of student housing. The first tower, containing 744 beds, is designed for freshmen and has a two-bed-per-room format. The second tower, with 540 beds, is geared toward sophomores and offers a one-bed-per-room arrangement. At each level, the two towers are connected by an open-air bridge. The complex incorporates outdoor spaces for student interaction, and the first tower, facing Taylor Street, has a two-story, enclosed student lounge providing a panoramic view of the Phoenix skyline and South Mountain. The university’s partner for this project was Capstone Development.
