This complex includes a six-level, 313,000-square-foot parking garage with 950 spaces and an attached, two-story office building for the university’s transportation and parking services staff. Designed to meet LEED platinum criteria, it was located on a diagonal with the offices facing the street to make the structure seem less intimidating.
