This 72-unit, 250-bed complex is on the northern slope of the university’s campus, where it overlooks Mission Bay amid lush landscaping and mature trees. The new structures were designed to blend in with the Spanish Renaissance Revival architectural style for which the campus is known. Apartments have living rooms, dining areas, and one to four bedrooms. The complex also has lounges, conference facilities, storage rooms, a laundry room, apartments for live-in faculty members, a fitness center, and a cafe.
