The Rolling Hills Golf & Tennis Resort suffered extensive damage from a 2005 hurricane and never reopened. The university purchased the property, adjacent to its main campus, and renovated it to become apartments for more than 300 graduate students. Each single, double, and four-person apartment is furnished and features a kitchen, bathroom, and living room.
