Designed as part of the college’s plan to house 70 percent of its students on the campus, this new 136-bed residence hall offers study areas, an apartment for a faculty resident, and housing for several residence-hall assistants. The building features a solar hot-water system, “smart” lighting systems, and recycled and renewable building materials.
