This building for the university’s business college has solar panels, a green roof, natural ventilation, and other features intended to save $300,000 a year in energy costs and earn a gold or platinum LEED rating. The building houses classrooms, career-development and academic-counseling centers, student-program offices, a recruitment suite, a 300-seat auditorium, and spaces for students to meet and study.
