Boston Alliance Sponsors Preservation Symposium for Colleges

October 5, 2007, 12:27 pm

The Boston Preservation Alliance will hold a one-day symposium on October 18 to explore how colleges can take advantage of their historic buildings and at the same time accommodate growth and change. The event, which will focus on Boston-area campuses, will bring together planners, facility managers, public officials, and others to talk about preservation strategies tailored for colleges’ needs.

Participation costs $200, or $150 for those employed by educational institutions. For for more information, visit the alliance’s Web site, call 617-367-2458, or send an e-mail message to Pamela Hartford (phartford@bostonpreservation.org).
