At Oklahoma City U., a Day of Dedications

October 30, 2007, 3:00 pm

It’s a busy day at Oklahoma City University, which is dedicating two buildings, a clock, and several spaces within its business school, according to The Oklahoman, an Oklahoma City newspaper.

One of the buildings is new — the $22.8-million Centennial Residence Hall. The other is the Tom and Brenda McDaniel University Center, a renovated campus center that has been renamed for the university’s president and his wife.

The university is also dedicating a centennial clock, one of many in the state marking the 100th anniversary of Oklahoma statehood. And the business school is dedicating a lounge, a career-services center, and a conference center.
