Architect at Arizona State U. Will Move to Princeton

Ron McCoy, university architect at Arizona State University, will be the new university architect at Princeton University.

Mr. McCoy was the subject of a profile in The Chronicle‘s recent architecture issue, where he was pictured with his Segway, the vehicle he uses to get around Arizona State’s sprawling campus. Mr. McCoy, who is a Princeton alumnus, had established the university architect’s office at Arizona State in 2003. At Princeton, he will oversee implementation of the university’s 10-year campus plan.
