Children’s Creation Science Matinée Set

WINONA LAKE, Ind.– A special science matinée is planned for children at the Grace College Science Center on Saturday, Mar. 28 from 1:00–2:30 pm. The afternoon will include a DVD, science experiments, and refreshments.

All children grades 1–6 and their parents are invited. The DVD, Six Short Days, One Big Adventure, features Proto, a fun-loving animatronics dinosaur, and Buddy Davis of Answers in Genesis. The entertaining adventure offers lots of laughs while learning about the six days of creation. Dr. Don DeYoung, professor of physics, will host the matinée and conduct exciting science experiments!

The activities will take place in Cooley Science Center, room 211, next to Alpha Hall. Admission is free. The matinée is sponsored by Grace College’s Department of Science and Mathematics and the Community Creation Society, a local group dedicated to learning more about creation science.
