Company Will Build Graduate Housing on Emory U. Land

Graduate students at Emory U. will have a new housing option next year (Rendering by Cube 3 Studio)

Emory University has signed a deal with Campus Apartments Inc. to build and operate a 398-bed housing complex for graduate students on land the university is leasing to the company. The $27-million facility, which will have 201 apartments, has been designed by Cube 3 Studio, of Lawrence, Mass. The complex is scheduled to open next year.
