Calling all academic job hunters

If you’re a grad student, postdoc, college faculty member, or college administrator who will be looking for a job during the upcoming 2007-08 academic year, then the Chronicle of Higher Education might want to hear from you. The Chronicle is looking for “diarists” to submit regular articles about their experiences on the job market. Details are at the link above; you have to send in a sample column by August 14.

Those kinds of articles always make for interesting reading, and it sounds like academic bloggers who are on the market might be especially well-suited for the task.
