What Technology Can Teach Aspiring Lawyers
Can technology fundamentally change the way law students are taught? Harvard University's Berkman Center for Internet & Society, in cooperation with LexisNexis, the archive of news and legal articles, will ask lawyers and law-school professors that very question, reports John Palfrey, a Harvard law professor and director of the Berkman Center, in an article in The National Law Journal. "We expect to publish the results and highlight some of the most promising ways forward," he writes. --Andrea L. Foster
