'Read Our Lips: No More Lawsuits'

Music downloading became a campaign issue at Indiana University at Bloomington this spring, when the Hoosier party wooed student voters by promising to bring a legal download service to campus. The tactic seemed to earn the party some votes, and now newly elected student-government officials are trying to make good on their word: They've started a selection process that should end with them settling on a legal music library of their own.

Student-government officials don't intend to make the student body pay for the service. Since they're footing the bill themselves, they're hoping to get one up and running on the cheap. (Indiana Daily Student)
