'Prior Art' Uncovered
The Electronic Frontier Foundation, a nonprofit watchdog group, is challenging a patent whose owner claims that it covers many kinds of online testing. The foundation says it has found evidence that the patent should be invalidated. (The Chronicle, subscription required)
