Pitt Prevails Again in Stem-Cell Patent Fight With UCLA
A federal appeals court today upheld a 2008 ruling that said the University of Pittsburgh, not the University of California at Los Angeles, was entitled to a patent on a promising technique for deriving stem cells from fat.
