Pickpockets Love iPods
New York City police officers have issued a warning to music-loving subway riders: Hang on to your iPods. The city’s subway system has been hit with a rash of thefts of the ubiquitous music players, and administrators at New York University have taken notice. They’ve urged students with iPods to buy black headphones instead of walking around with the telltale white earpieces.
