Obama Nominates Academic Critic of Bush's Science Policy as OSHA Chief
David Michaels, a research professor of environmental and occupational health at George Washington University who has raised alarms about industry misuse of science and accused the Bush administration of politicizing science, has been nominated by President Obama to head the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
