Nussbaum Opts to Stay Put

Margaret Soltan of University Diaries caught something that I missed. She notes that while Cass Sunstein, a star legal scholar at the University of Chicago Law School, has accepted a job at Harvard Law School starting this fall, his partner, Martha C. Nussbaum, another renowned legal scholar and philosopher at Chicago, has rejected offers from Harvard and Brown Universities, opting instead to stay put. Read more.
