It's Raining Beer

Some people view today's college students as worthless bums who are too lazy to get off the couch to get another beer. That's not the case with one recent Duke University graduate. He has invented a machine that allows him to sit comfortably on his sofa without ever having to get up for that beer, MCT reports.

Take a minifridge, cut a hole in the top, and rig up a catapult on top -- and frosty brews come flying at the touch of a button. John Cornwell, the Duke graduate who invented the drink launcher, has enjoyed newfound popularity since he posted a video online of his contraption at work. He may have a business brewing -- that is, if couch potatoes can muster up the energy to go out and buy one. --Dan Carnevale
