Hackers Breach a Database at U. of Texas at Austin

The University of Texas at Austin has been victimized by its second network-security breach in three years, campus officials announced Sunday. A database at the university's business school was hacked earlier this month, and the Social Security numbers of almost 200,000 students, faculty, staff, and alumni were left exposed.
