Faculty Senate Calls for Removal of U. of Illinois Leaders
The Faculty Senate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign approved a resolution today calling for the removal of the university system's president, B. Joseph White, and the campus's chancellor, Richard Herman, in response to their involvement in an admissions scandal, The Daily Illini reported. The vote had been postponed from an August 31 meeting, at which Mr. Herman apologized to the faculty. The faculty vote is nonbinding on the university's trustees, who announced earlier today that they were reviewing the performance of top administrators, the Chicago Tribune reported.

I don't blame the Faculty Senate one bit for wanting to remove this sickening stench from their work environment. Who in their right mind would want to walk around campus all day pinching their nose with one hand and covering their mouth with the other.
