College Coaches Use Webcams to Recruit

Some college coaches are getting around a new NCAA rule forbidding them from meeting in person with recruits during the spring by using Webcams, the Associated Press reports.

It counts “[a]ll electronically transmitted human voice exchange,” including videoconferencing and videophones, as phone calls.
