College CIO's Worry Most About Money

College technology administrators say paying for campus computer systems is their top information-technology concern, according to an annual report recently released by Educause, a higher-education-technology group. Network security was rated the second most pressing issue. The report was based on a December 2006 survey of 591 colleges. --Andrea L. Foster
