Brazilian University Rescinds Expulsion Over a Short Dress
Bandeirante University, in Brazil, has reversed its decision to expel a student whose short dress caused a near riot at the private institution last month, the Associated Press reported. The reversal came after a flood of negative publicity and a demand from the Brazilian government for the university to explain its reasoning for kicking the student out.

What can we say about the process of decision making at good old Bandeirante U.? Well, after considering the "long and short" of the incident, the institution decided that a very "brief" action would allow them to "skirt" the issue and get their "legs" back under them.
