Antidiscrimination Law in Kansas

FeministLawProf Anthony Infanti has some good news for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered state employees in Kansas. He notes that Gov. Kathleen Sebelius signed an executive order last week prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.
